This notice explains what My Miller Lights collects when you ask us for a quote, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your contact details: your name, your mobile number and, if you give it, your email address.
- Your home: your address and your answers about the home and the lights you want.
- Photos you choose to send us.
- Your permissions: whether you said we may text you or email you, and when you said so.
- How you found us: the answer you pick on the form, and any campaign tags in the link you followed to reach us.
Why we collect it
- To work out your price and send you your estimate by text.
- To plan, book and carry out your installation, repairs and takedown.
- To keep a record of your lights so we can set them up the same way next season, if you want us to.
- To learn which ways of finding us work best.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores our records. Its spam check on the quote form looks at your connection and browser to tell people from automated programs.
- The U.S. Census Bureau's address lookup receives your street address, city and ZIP code so we can confirm which city your home is in. That decides which minimum price applies.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their marketing.
Your photos
We use the photos you send only to price and plan your job. We delete them about 30 days after your estimate closes, unless we need them for the job itself. We do not post the photos you send us.
Texts and email
We text you about your estimate at the number you give us, because that is how we send estimates. We email you only if you tick the box that says we may. If you would like us to stop, tell us by text, phone or email.
How long we keep your details
We keep your contact details and job records while we are working with you and for our business records. If you would like us to delete your details, contact us and we will delete what we do not need to keep.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Contact us using the details below.
Children
This website is for adults arranging work on their homes. It is not meant for children under 13.
